EVENTS IN PARK CITY IN THE SUMMERTIME

Park City hosts a wide variety of festivals and events throughout the year.  Set against the backdrop of majestic mountains, your spirits will rise as you experience exciting celebrations, such as our regionally famous Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the Park City Food & Wine Classic, the rip-roarin' Oakley Rodeo, the melodically inspiring Utah Symphony | Deer Valley Music Festival | live performances at historic Egyptian Theatre.  You'll easily feel your temperature rise as you take in one of several international mountain biking competitions or America's Toughest Stage Road Cycling Race - the Tour of Utah. 

SAVOR THE SUMMIT

Each June you can join Park City's longest dining table during Savor the Summit's - The Grande Table event. One long dinner table graces the length of Main Street, allowing for over 1500 diners to join in celebration of fabulous food, outdoor dining, live music, and summer in the mountains.

KIMBALL ARTS FESTIVAL

The Kimball Art Center is set to host this annual arts festival, one of the top art festivals in the country. More than 200 selected artists, 30 live bands, three wine and beer gardens, and the Kimball Kid's Corner will highlight the event.

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS

Spend the weekend in Park City celebrating Independence Day. Take in a concert, catch the rodeo, or an outdoor concert, enjoy 4th of July Parade on Park City's Historic Main Street  including a 5k run, pancake breakfast, parade, live music, rugby games, and beer gardens.

PARK CITY FOOD & WINE CLASSIC

Come experience an epicurean extravaganza at the annual Park City Food a& Wine Classic. A premier event where master winemakers, culinary greats, and distinguished guests gather to play, wine, and dine in beautiful Park City, Utah.

OAKLEY RODEO

The Oakley Independence Day Rodeo will be held on Friday, June 30th – Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 in Oakley, Utah. This Oakley rodeo is held at Oakley City Rodeo Grounds and hosted by Bar T Rodeo.

DEER VALLEY MUSIC FESTIVAL

The Deer Valley® Music Festival is the Utah Symphony/Utah Opera's summer home in the mountains. Enjoy chamber music, classical, opera, and pops offerings in various venues throughout town, including Snow Park Amphitheater at Deer Valley Resort.

PARK SILLY MARKET

The Park Silly Sunday Market's free "CommUnity Elements" make this weekly street festival the unique and exciting event it is, creating a Community Forum for all to participate and enjoy! Park Silly's Community Element Programs include: Featured Non Profit Organizations, Featured Sustainable Issue Groups, Musicians, Performers, Free Kids Activities, Featured Artists, Featured Chefs and Zero Waste Efforts!

EGYPTIAN THEATRE

The Mary G. Steiner Egyptian Theatre hosts a variety of theatre, comedy, musical acts, special events, community functions and more. The Egyptian Theatre continues to function as a landmark venue on Park City's Main Street while retaining the distinctive flavor of years gone by, much like Park City itself.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

 In fact, it’s the world’s first Gold Level Ride Center Destination, according to the leading authority for the sport, the International Mountain Biking Association – IMBA.

With more than 400 miles of Gold Level trails, 100 bars and restaurants, world class accommodations, and a mini amusement park with mountain coasters, alpine slides, and more for kids of all ages - Park City has something for the whole family.

GOLFING

You can golf in Park City the same day you fly in. It's true. Park City golf courses are less than an hour away from Salt Lake City International Airport. The hard part is deciding which Park City golf course you should play first. Park City and the surrounding area are home to seven public and eight private courses. 

 

TOUR OF UTAH

The Tour of Utah is a premier showcase of International professional cycling competition that takes place in Utah in August. Park City's Historic Main Street will be the start and finish site for the challenging and final Stage Seven, featuring some of the steepest climbs and fastest descents in pro cycling.
